The Shelter

Canine Commitment of New England is a 501c3 not-for-profit, all volunteer dog rescue.  CCNE specializes in finding homes for puppies, dogs, and pregnant mothers from southern, high-kill shelters. With licensed shelter locations in Manchester and New Boston, CCNE saves hundreds of canine lives each year.

Run by Ross Norwood and Melissa LeClerc, Canine Commitment is dedicated to finding loving and caring homes for adoptable puppies and dogs.  A large part of the CCNE mission is to first find temporary foster homes for each dog, acquire medical care, and then eventually rehome animals in permanent homes.  CCNE educates all potential adopters about the pet overpopulation problem in the United States.  CCNE works towards without pet homelessness through altering of all CCNE dogs at an appropriate age.

All proceeds from the RESCUED gallery show will be donated to Canine Commitment of New England.
